What he’s probably done is buy a new red instead of renew his current

To renew you have to go to the ticketing website, click on the profile button and it’ll show “renew now”

If he didn’t buy a new red and did click renew now, call the box office and explain. Either way call them so he keeps his silver queue position

Once again there will be record churn for STs this summer, so expectation that the waiting list will not move. Arsenal have a waiting list that doesn't move, if you leave it you have no chance, if you stay it could be many many years before you get close enough to be offered a chance to get offered a ticket.

In regards to Silver and length people have been waiting. Club are in a no win position. They have no plan to dramatically increase Silver members, primarily as Silver members never leave unless for drastic reasons. Everyone renews. It makes an increase hard for those as current Silvers because of Ticket access, given limited availability. It can take longer than 20yrs to get a Silver membership so adding more to a large membership would make ability to secure difficult. Its not exactly one in an one out, but like a ST waiting list it's very difficult to go from Red to Silver.
Club, and even moreso in the current climate has no ability to do anything about ST waiting lists or Silver memberships.

There’s a few ways to check

The easiest way to check is via your booking history on your arsenal account, look for a £38 red renewal

Or you can check your bank statements and look for arsenal £38

If nothings there and for some reason you don’t have the renew button, give the box office a call
