the kicker. because the “original” reference number, the one i paid for (by punching in the numbers into my phone keyboard) was 1 month and a half ago (i obviously thought i had paid) they say ive lost the right to appeal. how does that make any semblance of sense??? thoughts?

@NewhamLondon crazily, the fine for this duplicate fine is at the exact time as the other. so either two cameras captured the same event or they’ve charged me for leaving the no entry area as well as entering (poorly signed too)

really rude service and clearly a fault on their end.

.@NewhamLondon really shocking service with the Newham parking agency. fined for going into a no entry, i paid the fine for the reference number given to me and they’ve just tripled my fine.

i called and they said i paid for another reference number which was never sent to me
