Gerald Machona is an emerging Zimbabwean born Visual artist now on our #AIR2018Shortlist. He primarily works as a visual artist & uses sculpture, performance, new media & video Installation in his work. #WeAreAIR

Meet Zoe Wicomb, an author and an academic on our #AIR2018Shortlist. Some of the books she has authored include You Can't Get Lost in Cape Town (1987), David's Story (2000) among others. Her books have been translated into German, French, Swedish, Dutch and Italian. #WeAreAIR
