At just 20 years old, @hobbs_kessler is already a world champion, world record holder and now boasts a 3:48.66 mile personal best after finishing second in the @MillroseGames Wanamaker Mile.

This year, he’s taking a different approach in training by doubling every day (with no run being longer than 7 miles yet still hitting 75 to 90 miles per week), bolstering his strength work alongside @morg_bead and refining his speed with @BryceHoppel. On top of that, he’s finding consistency. It’s paid dividends with a 3:33.66 victory over 2022 1500m world champion Jake Wightman in Boston and then a runner-up finish in New York.
