Will there be a presale?

Yes.
My initial intent was not to do one, but in talking with various builders, and witnessing $KET, everything points to it being the better idea. From allowing a stronger LP to avoid ridiculous fluctuations, to allowing to better plan out building because the project doesn't need to sell it's own supply to fund its development.
