Reality is, he had one quality season (22/23). That's an outlier.

His average has been 6-8 goals a season in the league with 3-4 assists.

Nwaneri you have a point. But I'd rather Arteta prioritise EN over Martinelli considering EN has a chance at a longer term future.

@pythaginboots He threepeated the UCL and was a defining clutch factor in all his UCL winning campaigns. Threepeated the prem, won leagues everywhere. In their prime him and Messi were bar for bar. Later years Messi has definitely closed the GOAT debate. But he is still one of the best ever.

@larsbohemian Declan rice hasn't been the driving force of Arsenal for the past 3 years, with countless motm awards, inc big UCL games, to be compared to a kid just having his big breakout year.

Bayern, UCL semi final 2nd leg, Real Madrid B2B just to name a few.
