Exciting UPDATE: Earlier this week, we received notice from the NLRB of our official SECRET BALLOT ELECTION DATE!!! Our NLRB Union Representation election will be held via mail 💌 May 10th ballots will be sent out and May 31st ballots will be counted.

An Unfair Labor Practice charge has already been filed with the NLRB about this situation and we believe their investigation will show that Aselya's termination was in retaliation for protected activity. 9/10

Provided that job is SAFE for them and for the public.

Unfortunately, that's not where we're at in the US. Most of us are at a point where we're just trying to scrape by.
