When I called to fix the issues the customer service person hung up after saying it was not FedEx fault. How can an address that exists in every GPS not be their fault for not delivering and then hanging up on the recipient. 2 of 2 #CustomerService #failure

I attempt to not go negative, however when a company does really poorly, I think it is important to shine a light. @FedEx failed twice today. My address wad verified but the driver said the address does not exist. 1 of 2 #customerservice #failure

#UnitedAirlines your gate agent in Tucson was great. Unfortunately, there was only one and it made it so that 4 or 5 passenger could not check in on time even though they were all there more than 45 min before. Horribly planning

@united No, my daughter made it. I am not sure if her bag did though. Sean was the only agent with multiple issues at once. He was doing as great as he could but poor planning. This is her first time flying.
