3. Using Valhalla, iterate through the 5,000 points and create a route for each point pair to Richmond

4. Save the routes to a shapefile and then map in ArcGIS Pro and Adobe Illustrator

The process had four general steps using the noted pieces above:

1. Create a set of 5,000 randomized points across the state and assign each of these points X and Y coordinates

2. Connect each of the randomized points with coordinates for Richmond within a Python dataframe

Let's do a quick update to this with the new districts!

Here is the population in each district in 1990. The largest amount of growth has happened in districts 7 and 10. Coincidentally the two districts closest to toss-up.

Population change for Virginia congressional districts top 3:

District 10 - 21.7%
District 1 - 13.8%
District 7 - 12.4%

Lots of redistricting changes coming.

Fastest growing: George Washington at 83% (Fredericksburg)
