Are Shared Micromobility program policies equitable?
A study published by the National Institute for Transportation and Communities (NITC) found that out of 239 Shared Micromobility programs, only 62% documented some sort of equity policy -
some of them had one equity requirement, others mentioned six to seven requirements, while others recommend equity elements but do not require operators to implement them.

Bordentown is a historic city with a very unique character. However, it was missing clear links throughout the downtown. We worked with Bordentown to develop the “Step 1: Capital Improvement Plan”, which brings forth safer, sustainable, and more inviting connections.

Hoboken here we come! We’re very excited to have been selected to lead the development of a Vision Plan for Church Square Park, one of Hoboken’s most important historic parks.
Last week, we kicked off with a site visit, data collection and had great conversations with some local residents. The significance of this park expands beyond its 4 acres. Many residents refer to it as their “backyard” and it is home to a variety of flora and fauna.
Arterial worked with the @NJCDC and the City to renovate this park and give it back to the community. Special attention was given to make the space comfortable and accessible for children on the Autism Spectrum, many of which attend a nearby school.
Lou Costello Park in Paterson, NJ had previously been neglected for years - and it showed. Many of the areas of the park were deteriorated and residents and community members did not feel safe in this space.
