Our wifi was down for a day so when we registered a request, the guy came and said that the only thing we can do is to change to airfibre.

@airtelindia So then I got his senior's number who was polite at start and said I just needed your confirmation, I will put in the request and it will be changed in 2 days. This happened on Tuesday.

Since then he also has not been picking up my calls and no one has visited to change the wifi
