Most of these homes were understaffed even prior to the pandemic, which worsened staffing issues.They offer ridiculous compensation with horrible working conditions, but the CEOs make millions .

The RN who works for agency hourly rate $65-90, at hospital and LTC $35-49.
RPN who works for agency hourly $30-45,at hospital and LTC $26-33.
Agency nurses can refuse the shift if they don't want to.
