@TheSalGreco@j_stern97 It’s shocking that people are defending the cowardly actions of the cop who assaulted a person handcuffed, restrained, and under police control. The officer committed a criminal offense and should be charged.
@LegionHoops I knew this scumbag would figure out some way to get on the bandwagon. Most loyal fans have been priced out and now no watch parties all to accommodate Trump the dirtbag.
@PSchrags@GetUpESPN NYC native. The city is galvanized but the 1977 Yankees, 1986 Mets, and the 1994 Rangers captivated the city. Before your time here, but it’s great to see NYC alive like this again behind one of its teams.
@tbone751@Sportico I was about to post the same message but this post is about David J. Halberstram. The Breaks of the Game was written by David Halberstram (no J) who died in a 2007 car accident. I’ve read that book several times and agree it was a masterpiece.
@AdamCrafton_@TheAthleticFC The price is normally $12.90. It takes about 20 minutes from Penn Station and about 10 from Secaucus Junction. NJ Transit is crap and the service is poor. $98 is madness.
@NBA_Coaches@robdogj Rick Adelman coached some terrific teams in Portland. That Clyde Drexler/Terry Porter backcourt was excellent. They probably would have won the NBA title in 1992 if MJ wasn’t so spectacular especially in game 1.
