@o0FoxSeven0o honestly it’s not smth i’ve seen much of, maybe on xiaohongshu a little? he’s unpopular anyways, so most art I see of him is from very dedicated fans who don’t depict him like that 😭

“ my f/os always get drawn weirdly by the fandom and it angers me deeply. hastur is not a yaoi boy…and joseph is not a big tall strong yaoi man. im angry. who else is angry about this with their f/os ”

@arsenyx1 That’s completely fair — a few months ago there was definitely some ai-generated assets in-game. They sort of? acknowledged the pushback recently and things now look pretty ai-free but like, yeah. probably safer to hang back 🙇
@kotekilis He very much associates norton with an amalgamation of his parents and the raiders from the massacre. Designs related to them (ie. cryptic notes) evoke norton. id almost say it’s purposeful that Go Hunting’s… hunter… norton is similar in shape to Mr. Blanche?
@kotekilis It’s kind of a crazy thing to dismiss when classism is like. one of The reigning motifs when it comes to main story lore. Orpheus is a massive victim of it particularly in childhood, but his internalized classism, his assumptions of norton’s character, is directly related to that
@Gwaaaaar / / idk, even with her intent to ‘save orpheus’ in that final game… there’s a reason why the aftermath of that isn’t Great, because her solution at the time was very much flawed! To dismiss her flaws is ignoring half of identity v’s overarching themes, agh 😭
@Gwaaaaar / / Truth nuke. It’s a shame people tend to reduce her to the ‘reliable one’ even though her reports to an excellent job at bringing both her strengths *and* biases to the forefront. Sometimes it’s class-based (Kreacher, Norton…); sometimes it’s about her idea of victimhood
