My oldest granddaughter receiving her 2021 Arkansas Class AAA State Championship Softball Ring. Blessed to be able to watch this team play last spring and look forward to another run this spring. There will be 6 returning starters.

My question would be this. Can’t you hold a kid accountable and to a higher standard without having interactions that look like the picture below? Why do we have to “yell” at kids? Can’t we just “talk to them”?
