I am 64 years of age already with onset of age-related health issues
I have written to my supportive MP, members of HMRC, HMT, CoEs and even the Prime Minister asking questions without receiving appropriate/adequate responses
@LCAG_2019@loanchargeAPPG#LoanChargeScandal
LCAG has written to Daisy Cooper MP following failure of HMRC to answer her straightforward question - what is total cost of resolving remaining #LoanChargeScandal cases?
Thank you @libdemdaisy for question, please continue to press for truth.

@sra_solicitors@RPCLegal IMPORTANT: Have RPC made the tribunal aware that Anthony Doull, trading as K2, had an onshore presence in Peak Performance?
HMRC have informed us they haven’t!
Peak Performance stated in writing (clause 3.4) they would be SOLELY responsible for ALL income taxes & NI
They lied about the fact a K2 case was (secretly) progressing to the courts
The case is called Lowry case scheduled for 14th & 15th May
Apparently ‘certain facts’ are suspected of being withheld from the case and HMRC are apparently confident they will win.
They have continually attempted to deceive victims about matters
Here’s some examples
1. They lied that 90% of victims had settled with HMRC. A recent APPG letters makes clear around 800 people have settled (around 2% from my calculations)
I’ve lost count of the amount of times Gordon Berry threatens legal action against #LoanCharge victims
He does this for / reasons
1. To scare victims into keeping quiet
2. Because he only has his own (and David Gill’s) interests at heart
@JuliaHB1 The never ending lies and cover-ups from @UKCivilService have led to deaths of people facing #LoanCharge. Despite multiple "reviews" the borg has remained steadfast in its desire to save its own arse. People have died and nobody is being held to account.
And there I thought it was only me affected by the 4 concerns you raised. Add failure to satisfy GDPR, and letters outlining issues with regard to the accuracy of quoted account dealings.
