I understand no violence on a kids show, but we need to see the bullies be bullies before calling them bullies.

The issue I have always had with Arthur is the portrayal of the Tough Customers.

They remind me of Bray Wyatt in WWE, all spook talk but gets trod on.

Any movie villian does treacherous things first before we see that soft side.

But what example have we ever seen of the Tough Customers really being mean, apart from growling.
