@AlderLaneeggs Swaps to synthetically own $MDXG?? Why not just short bespoke puts and buy bespoke calls? (Ackman's strategy in HLF, BTW) Easier to unwind and cheaper. Also hidden.... For example, instead of shorting say Jan 7.5 puts you'd short a bespoke 7.49 strike put etc etc.
