Hello Supercell,
If multiple players are being banned for something they genuinely did not do, despite the Clash Royale system showing a reason that does not match their actual activity, collective action may eventually have to be considered.
When several players report the same issue independently, it becomes difficult to view each case as an isolated incident. We understand that your systems detect certain activity, but players deserve a fair and transparent review when they are adamant that they never used or installed anything that would violate the rules. #P22C22UU

This situation is unacceptable.

I’ve played Clash Royale for 10 years, and now my account has been permanently banned without a clear explanation, without real support, and without any proper transparency. I have never used hacks, cheats, external programs, account sharing, or any illegal advantage. I can prove in every possible way that I never violated the rules.

What is happening to innocent players is absurd. Are you really going to ignore people who did nothing wrong? Are you going to stay silent while players lose accounts they spent years building? No statement, no clear reason, no proper review just permanent bans and automatic responses?

What kind of company are you, abandoning your players when they need you the most?

This is not fair. This is not acceptable. This looks like a failure from Supercell’s ban system, and innocent players are paying the price for it.

My account represents 10 years of dedication, time, memories, and money invested. Losing it for something I did not do is completely unfair and extremely frustrating.

I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m demanding a real manual review and a clear explanation.

Hello Supercell Clash Royale Team,
After spending years playing this game, being accused of cheating when I know I have never used unauthorized software or modified the game is deeply disrespectful and insulting. I understand the importance of anti-cheat systems, but when a player genuinely disputes a ban, they deserve a real review of their case and a response that considers their situation, not just an automated reply.
Being accused without understanding what led to the decision is frustrating and unfair. I simply ask to be treated with respect and for my case to be reviewed seriously. #P22C22UU
