I, a gentle reader,
am only the silent moon
reflecting the light
that you bring

your midnight poetry
ripples into the wild world
on currents and eddies
unseen

your quiet presence rises
forming vast columns of clouds
then falls softly as rain

nourishing each heart
it touches
reaching into the darkness

outlasting the stars
—the essence of Love
remains

What if joy was enough
To settle momentum
Being more than the more
Searching endlessly for?

If the trees & grass
Birdsongs satisfied
