@CRED_support I already initiated full account deletion through the app and was logged out afterward. Support is still directing me to use the app/grievance portal, but login access is no longer available. Please help confirm my deletion status.
Requested disconnection of Airtel AirFiber & was promised completion within 7 days (as per SMS).
Now email/app show disconnection on 11 June — causing potential extra billing.
Who will pay for this delay?

I have received SMS confirmation from Airtel that my AirFiber postpaid connection is disconnected and billing is stopped from today.
If any charges are generated after today, I will take legal action and file a complaint in consumer court.
