The next chapter for Artiva is focused on a clear goal: advancing AlloNK® toward the first Phase 3 registrational trial of a deep B-cell depletion therapy in refractory rheumatoid arthritis.
For many patients with refractory RA, current treatment options are not enough to deliver sustained disease control, leaving them to navigate persistent symptoms, flares, and long-term treatment burden.
We believe the next generation of autoimmune therapies must pair meaningful immune intervention with a format that can be delivered more broadly in the real-world settings where patients receive care.
Our recent $300 million financing helps support continued execution across this work, and we are grateful to Nasdaq for recognizing the milestone in Times Square.
Thank you to our new and existing investors, our team, investigators, clinical partners, and the patients who make this work possible.

At EULAR 2026, Artiva will share five accepted abstracts highlighting clinical and translational data with AlloNK® across rheumatologic diseases, including refractory rheumatoid arthritis, Sjögren disease, and systemic sclerosis.
The presentations include a late-breaking oral presentation on outpatient-administered AlloNK in combination with rituximab, an oral presentation in severe Sjögren disease, and additional data on deep B-cell depletion, safety, and durable clinical responses in patients with rheumatologic diseases.
Together, these presentations will provide a broader look at how Artiva is evaluating AlloNK as an off-the-shelf, non-genetically modified NK cell therapy candidate intended to enhance antibody-driven B-cell depletion across autoimmune diseases.
Artiva will host a live conference call and webcast on Monday, June 8 at 8:15 a.m. ET to review and discuss the data.

Artiva is pleased to welcome Diego Miralles, M.D., as President and Head of Research and Development. His appointment comes as Artiva prepares for an important next stage: advancing AlloNK® to a Phase 3 registrational clinical study in refractory rheumatoid arthritis and continuing to build an autoimmune disease pipeline around deep B-cell depletion.
Recent clinical data, FDA alignment on a Phase 3 registrational path in refractory RA, a $300 million financing, and upcoming presentations at EULAR all reinforce the same strategic direction: Artiva is working to bring the biology of deep B-cell depletion into an off-the-shelf, outpatient-ready treatment approach that could be delivered more broadly for patients with autoimmune diseases.
Diego brings more than 20 years of leadership across research, clinical development, commercialization, and company building, including experience advancing multiple therapeutics from discovery through FDA approval and commercialization.
As Artiva moves toward late-stage development, Diego’s leadership will help bring AlloNK into its next chapter, advancing a more accessible approach to deep B-cell depletion for patients with autoimmune diseases who need better options.

This Sjögren’s Awareness Month, we are recognizing the lived reality of a systemic autoimmune disease that can be easy to oversimplify.
For many people, Sjögren’s means more than dry eyes and dry mouth. It can mean exhaustion that does not lift with rest, chronic pain, neuropathy, and complications that affect multiple parts of the body. It can also mean explaining symptoms that others may not be able to see and that can shape daily life in significant ways.
Our team is sharing this post to help broaden understanding of the real burden many people with Sjögren’s carry every day.

Over the past decade, CAR-T therapies have demonstrated curative potential, while also underscoring how complexity, cost, and infrastructure can limit the number of patients who can be treated.
In this episode of the Biotech2050 podcast, Artiva’s CEO Fred Aslan discusses how lessons from the first generation of CAR-T therapies are shaping new approaches in autoimmune disease, an area where the need for more durable treatment options remains significant.
The conversation explores what CAR-T has revealed about the depth of immune intervention required to modify disease, and how Artiva is applying those insights as a clinical-stage company advancing AlloNK® in autoimmune disease, with a focus on scalability, real-world applicability, and patient access.

Artiva will participate in a fireside chat at the TD Cowen 46th Annual Health Care Conference to discuss our clinical progress with AlloNK®, one of the most advanced B-cell depletion approaches in autoimmune disease.
With efficacy data and important regulatory discussions anticipated in the first half of this year, we are focused on bringing AlloNK into broader clinical use.
Despite current therapies, millions of patients still live with uncontrolled autoimmune disease. We believe the ability of AlloNK to pair deep, antibody-enabled B-cell depletion with a scalable, outpatient-ready format has the potential to meaningfully raise the standard of care.

Today we announced the appointment of Thad Huston as Chief Financial Officer as Artiva enters an important stage of development.
We anticipate sharing clinical efficacy data for AlloNK® in rheumatoid arthritis and continue our regulatory engagement in the first half of this year as we advance a scalable B-cell depletion immunotherapy for autoimmune diseases.
Incomplete B-cell depletion can leave patients with persistent disease activity and ongoing treatment burden. AlloNK is intended to enhance antibody-driven B-cell clearance and deliver deep depletion in an outpatient setting, with the scalability required for broad access. The goal is clear: immune reset, delivered in a format that can reach more patients.
As we enter our next stage of development, we are excited to welcome Thad, who brings more than three decades of global financial leadership experience. He has guided companies through critical development milestones and built the foundation needed to move innovation from clinical promise to real-world access.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Elaine Sorg to Artiva’s Board of Directors. Ms. Sorg brings more than 35 years of executive leadership and commercial experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, including leading the commercialization of major immunology therapies such as HUMIRA® and RINVOQ® for rheumatoid arthritis.
As we prepare to share clinical activity data from our AlloNK® regimen in rheumatoid arthritis and engage with the FDA on a registrational trial, Elaine’s experience building and scaling biopharmaceutical companies and launching innovative therapies will provide valuable strategic guidance.
We look forward to her contributions as we continue advancing AlloNK, designed to enable deep B-cell depletion and potentially offer a differentiated treatment profile in rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune diseases.

At the 2026 Tandem Meetings, we presented two posters that together reinforce the broader potential of AlloNK®.
Updated clinical data in relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma continue to demonstrate deep B-cell depletion and durable responses with AlloNK® in combination with rituximab, delivered in an outpatient setting and without gene modification.
We also shared pharmacoeconomic data indicating that an AlloNK®-based regimen may be administered with substantially lower non-drug healthcare costs compared to published reports of autologous CAR T, with no hospitalizations required for adverse event management in the evaluated cohort.
Taken together, these data support our strategy to advance AlloNK® in autoimmune disease as a scalable, outpatient-ready immunology platform designed to align with real-world care.
We thank the investigators, study teams, and patients who make this work possible.
