Overall 1st Place winner Jaret Perez’s (Arts High) artwork, “Golden Boy,” will be displayed in the Nation’s Capitol for 1 year. Among all the talented young artists showcased, NBOE brought home the most medals, w/5 -1st place, 3 -2nd place, & 3- 3rd place winners.
