@RowanWeston0@WebSterDevGateW@RowanWeston0 Thank you, Rowan. That's a good resource to know. I think I can probably find a workaround, in my case, as it's not crypto. I can 1) open a new bank account and try to link it, or 2) initiate a transfer from another broker. We'll see....
.@RobinhoodApp@AskRobinhood I've just spent more than 3.5 hours trying to withdraw money from my RH account, with assistance of your support team--and, still, no success. I can still SEND funds to you--just NOT WITHDRAW. This issue has arisen from the need to link with Plaid.
@SkippersJuan@RobinhoodApp@AskRobinhood@recovery_ex Alas, I don't have much hope for that outcome, Luis. @RobinhoodApp INUNDATES me with balance-transfer offers--but NO amount of bonus money is worth my PRECIOUS TIME. They could pay me $2K to transfer in $1K of funds and I would NOT DO IT, because the hassles aren't worth $2K.
@LaToyaDorsey19@1global_cyber@LaToyaDorsey19 I actually own a good number of $HOOD stock shares, too. So I really want @RobinhoodApp to do well. But, UNLIKE @amazon, which generally goes out of its way to ensure customer satisfaction, RH does NOT, in my years' of experience, with them. I've lost faith in RH.
@LaToyaDorsey19@1global_cyber@LaToyaDorsey19 And for every customer who publicly complains, there are probably 100,000 more who will not say anything--just quietly lower their balance and warn their friends. 3/4
@LaToyaDorsey19@1global_cyber .@LaToyaDorsey19 What @RobinhoodApp seems to not appreciate is this: making enormously time-sucking issues (I'm at the 6-hour mark on trying to withdraw my funds, counting about 4.5 hours yesterday, working with 2 of their customer-support reps, to no avail) costs THEM! 2/2
@VillemaireJodie@CipherExpert1@VillemaireJodie It's too bad that @RobinhoodApp is so apathetic toward its customers, because it has a good platform. I own stock in them, too, so I want them to succeed. But if you can't get your own money out when you need it, it's a travesty.
@VillemaireJodie@CipherExpert1@VillemaireJodie Thank you for your msg, Jodie. Alas, it appears that the account you cited has been suspended. I'm going to try 3 tacks: 1) have another broker transfer funds, 2) open a new bank account and link it, 3) publicly shame them. 1/2
.@RobinhoodApp@AskRobinhood Difficulty in doing the most standard such transactions as withdrawing my own money are why I'll never put more money into my RH account. Please fix my issue and DO BETTER, IF YOU WANT CONSUMER TRUST. You started off so great, but now you don't care.
@TMobileHelp Please see my DETAILED DM from May 29. It took me several hours to compose it to you, to give you the full picture.
There is NO NEED for me to spend another 2+ hours to detail the circumstances again.
Thank you.
@TMobile@TMobileHelp It's now been nearly 2 months since you replied here that you would get back to me--and...nothing.
I've been your customer for more than 20 years! Is it worth losing someone that loyal over this issue?
2/3
@TMobileHelp Hi Jamie English. Even if I reached out during closing hours, it should not have taken nearly 2 MONTHS to get back to me.
It's frustrating to me, as a loyal long-time customer, to have to post on a public forum to get T-Mobile's attention.
Please just do the right thing.
@TMobile@TMobileHelp I've now spent more than 5 hours writing to you here, and working with an associate at one of your corporate stores.
And...still, nothing.
Do you really care that little about a 20+-year loyal customer's business to just ghost me?
