The record NHS budget was caused by adding the £14.9bn PPE Fraud and Dido Harding's £36bn Test and Trace onto the NHS Budget.

In reality the NHS budget has been cut for every single one of the 14 years that the Conservatives have been in charge.

Ergo Scotland pays for its own budget spending priorities.

We can confirm that this major economic good news story appeared on Reporting Scotland at 06:30 on Thursday morning and was then swiftly dropped.

It was missing from the 07:00, 07:30, 08:00, 08:30, 13:35, 18:30 and 22:30 editions. There was no online article either.

This is how news suppression works. The aim is to persuade the Scottish public that the Scottish government is failing, in this case on the economy.
