@ola_supports All you do is reply reassurance publicly and call to tell the same things again just with more sugar coating. I think this is what "we are working on this" means for you.

They told me the "support" they will provide is giving me driver's details & told me they can do nothing more bcoz I didn't opt for insurance option. It's almost like saying, "hey, you didn't opt for our insurance option, so obviously we don't care if you die while in our ride."

To my complaint, they never returned a call, message, even an email. Worse, all the tickets that I raised in the matter were marked resolved without any action whatsoever (attached below are the SSs).

I reached out to #Ola customer support to register the complaint and what I get in return is absolute horror of #CustomerService. On the first call, they assured me of finding whereabouts of the driver & with whatever necessary & that she'll call me to take updates on my recovery

I can't specify the details of the accident but it was serious enough that I lost the memory of the whole incident and sometime before it. I have incurred skull fractures, deep cuts on my forehead that will need cosmetic surgery, and injuries on my lips, chest, ribs and hand.
