NSE is a proxy play on India's GDP - that's the inherent stock exchange business.
The derivatives-heavy volume mix is the one concern. "Look at that part of the business as something akin to smoking - everybody knows it's bad, but a die-hard trader can never be corrected."

"On capital markets, you cannot but be optimistic." More issuances, more investing culture, more transactions mean more volume for exchanges.

What is holding Gulf oil infrastructure together right now may simply be mutual self-preservation.
As long as everyone believes an attack on a major export terminal will be answered against their own critical infrastructure, restraint remains rational.
If that equilibrium breaks, the downside is nonlinear: one strike can trigger retaliation, then counter-retaliation, turning an already constrained oil market into one where physical supply starts disappearing very quickly.
This is the tail risk the market has to think about.
The recent deal and lower crude prices have created a sense of calm. But the underlying system is not yet sorted.
Shipping through the Strait of Hormuz has not returned to pre-war levels, and physical inventories in key markets continue to draw. The risk has reduced, but the structural pressures have not disappeared.
If crude prices rise again, the real question remains the same: who pays?

The macroeconomic consensus on cobalt was completely wrong.
Everyone predicted a massive oversupply because of shifting battery chemistries and record DRC production.
But the market is still starved. Why?
Because the mine is NOT the supply. 👇
Even as attacks and counter-strikes escalate, one fact remains unchanged:
Iran built a chokepoint authority.
The US escort plan collapsed in days.
The Saudis declined to help.
A chokepoint became an invoice.
The Persian Gulf Strait Authority is still fully operational — with its own logo, Vessel Information Declaration form, and reported tolls up to $2 million per transit.
Nothing has normalized yet . Understand why via the video
