Jaquar is probably the lousiest brand in terms of Customer service.
I purchased a EWC for 12k from a dealer in Thane in Sep 24. As the seat cover was not fitting and unusable, I have complained many times to their Customer care , but they promise only and not take any action.

@AshwiniVaishnaw I am travelling in Anubhuti Class ( Coach No. K1 Seat 44) from Mumbai to Ahmedabad. While coach has excellent facilities, unfortunately the entertainment / information system does not work. There is no announcement or indicator for approaching stations.
