I had terrible experience from the purchase of TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI motherboard from ASUS. I received a faulty product, the entire @ASUSIndia team
is not replacing it with a newer product and have swapped for a VERY old one. Below are the visuals that show it's condition.

20. I am not being heard at all by @ASUSIndia@ASUS, and all of this is very unjust. When we were being told all the time by both - Bidyut Roy, the ASUS service center at Kanpur, and with their customer support - that my motherboard will be replaced with a brand new one.
