ਕੱਲ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ 17 ਜੁਲਾਈ 2023 ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਆਮ ਵਾਂਗ ਖੁੱਲਣਗੇ।

ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ, ਸਿੱਖਿਆ, ਸਥਾਨਕ ਸਰਕਾਰ, ਸਿੰਚਾਈ, ਲੋਕ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਤੇ ਜਾਂ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਤਾਲਮੇਲ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣਗੇ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ/ਏਡਿਡ/ਮਾਨਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਇਮਾਰਤਾਂ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਪੱਖੋਂ ਖਤਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ ਹਨ।

ਸਾਰੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਅੱਜ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਕਿ ਸਕੂਲ ਇਮਾਰਤਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਹੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਹਰ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਬਾਰੇ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ।

ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਜਾਂ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਣੀ ਭਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੀ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਨੁਕਸਾਨੀ ਗਈ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਸਿਰਫ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਹੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਉੱਥੇ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਐਲਾਨਣਗੇ।

In future, have ordered my department to have a suitable clause for compensation in the MOU’s signed with third parties for compensation of the candidates in such a scenario. Why should candidates suffer.
