.. I did not request to change the date. When I ask customer support they mentioned they cannot talk to the delivery agent as they don’t have access. @Flipkart @flipkartsupport is there something wrong? This is an expensive order and I suspect something fishy is going on.

@vikas_ssjb @TataMotors @RNTata2000 @TataMotors you say this happens with only 1% of the customers as if you don’t care about that 1% and they are destined to face issues. Try not to act helpless and fix your cars. 1% of this customer base can easily affect your revenue.
