केन्द्र सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि SC/ST कोटा में ‘क्रीमी लेयर’ की अवधारणा नहीं लागू होगी क्योंकि वह केवल OBC के लिए थी। तो मोदी जी, OBC रिजर्वेशन तो पहले था ही नहीं, फिर वो क्यों आया और आपकी पार्टी ने उसका समर्थन क्यों किया था?

दूसरी बात, आपके वकील ने कहा कि ‘आय के आधार पर’ SC/ST आरक्षण बिलकुल नहीं होगा क्योंकि उसका आधार केवल ‘आर्थिक पिछड़ापन’ ही नहीं, ‘ऐतिहासिक उत्पीड़न और अन्याय’ है। ‘केवल’ आर्थिक पिछड़ापन कहाँ, आप तो इनकम को कहीं भी आधार नहीं मानते!

जिस EWS का आप ढोल पीटते हैं, उसमें न तो फॉर्म के दाम कम हैं, न हॉस्टल की फीस, न कोर्स फीस… तो ये दो कौड़ी का राजनैतिक झुनझुने का सामान्य वर्ग करे क्या? @narendramodi यह बताएँ कि सामान्य वर्ग के टैक्स के पैसों से फंड हो रही SC/ST आरक्षण सब्सिडी का लाभ, सामान्य वर्ग के EWS को ही क्यों नहीं मिलता?

कोई तर्क है इसका कि आप जिसे सर्टिफाइड गरीब मानते हैं, वो प्रमाण पत्र उससे माँगते हैं, उसे सत्यापित करते हैं और उसे नौ लाख से सोलह लाख तक का लोन ले कर पढ़ाई करनी पड़ती है। फिर आप 1000 SC और 1000 OBC जातियों के शून्य प्रतिनिधित्व पर मौन हो जाते हैं कि इन जातियों का आरक्षण कहाँ है?

सत्य यह है कि आपका ‘विकसित भारत’ टूटते हायवे और निम्न गुणवत्ता के 50% लोगों से भरे कॉलेजों और विद्यालयों से कभी पूरा नहीं हो सकता। आरक्षण की समीक्षा करनी ही होगी, उसे तार्किक रूप से लाना ही होगा।

१. शून्य प्रतिनिधित्व वाली जातियों की पहचान
२. EWS की SC के स्तर की आर्थिक छूट
३. न्यूनतम अंक का विधान, GC से 10% से अधिक का कटऑफ में अंतर न हो SC/ST में
४. सक्षम लोगों को फर्जी तर्क के कारण आरक्षण न दिया जाए
५. हर श्रेणी में सबसे गरीब, पिछड़े को ही आरक्षण मिले
६. हर दस वर्ष में जातियों की समीक्षा और निष्कासन, नई जातियों को लिस्ट में जोड़ना बंद करें

यूजीसी रोलबैक 15,000 किलोमीटर जनजागरण, जनचेतना एवं आमंत्रण वाहन यात्रा

23 अगस्त 2026, दोपहर 1:15 बजे, शाह ऑडिटोरियम, नई दिल्ली में आयोजित होने वाली यूजीसी रोलबैक सवर्ण आक्रोश महापंचायत राष्ट्रीय कार्यक्रम के जनजागरण, जनचेतना और आमंत्रण हेतु 15,000 किलोमीटर वाहन यात्रा का शुभारंभ श्री महाराणा प्रताप जी की पावन भूमि मेवाड़ एवं भगवान एकलिंगनाथ जी के आशीर्वाद से राजसमंद से किया जा रहा है।

यह यात्रा 5 अगस्त से 7 अगस्त तक राजसमंद, भीलवाड़ा, चित्तौड़गढ़, प्रतापगढ़, सलूम्बर, बांसवाड़ा, डूंगरपुर तथा उदयपुर के अन्य जिलों में जनसंपर्क करेगी। इसी क्रम में 7 अगस्त को दोपहर 12:00 बजे उदयपुर में संभाग स्तरीय “सवर्ण आक्रोश महापंचायत” का आयोजन किया जाएगा।

मेवाड़ संभाग के सभी स्वर्ण समाज के संगठन, सामाजिक संस्थाएँ एवं हमारे जिला अध्यक्ष आपसी समन्वय से इस अभियान को सफल बनाएँ। प्रत्येक जिले में:

एक विशाल प्रेस वार्ता आयोजित की जाए।
एक जिला स्तरीय सम्मेलन/पंचायत आयोजित की जाए।

यात्रा के दौरान प्रतिदिन 3 से 4 जिलों में जनसंपर्क एवं कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाएंगे। सभी जिला अध्यक्षों एवं सामाजिक संगठनों से अनुरोध है कि वे स्थानीय स्तर पर आवश्यक व्यवस्थाएँ सुनिश्चित करें तथा अधिक से अधिक लोगों की सहभागिता सुनिश्चित करें।

यह केवल एक आंदोलन नहीं, बल्कि सामान्य वर्ग के छात्र-छात्राओं के भविष्य से जुड़ा जनअभियान है। यदि आज हम जागरूक नहीं हुए, तो आने वाली पीढ़ियों का भविष्य प्रभावित होगा। इसलिए समाज के प्रत्येक जागरूक नागरिक की भागीदारी आवश्यक है।

यूजीसी के निर्णय दिल्ली से लागू हुए हैं, इसलिए उनका समाधान और रोलबैक भी दिल्ली से ही होगा। हमारा लक्ष्य स्पष्ट है—23 अगस्त को अधिक से अधिक संख्या में नई दिल्ली पहुँचना और अपनी लोकतांत्रिक आवाज़ बुलंद करना।

आइए, बच्चों के भविष्य, शिक्षा में समान अवसर और अपने अधिकारों की रक्षा के लिए इस जनजागरण अभियान से जुड़ें।

​Reservation is NOT a fundamental right. Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and the constitutional drafting committee themselves framed it as an exception, and the landmark Indra Sawhney judgment termed it a temporary arrangement. Therefore, abolishing or modifying reservation does not even require a two-thirds majority in Parliament—it can be removed simply through an executive ordinance. This is why reservation does not apply to the Armed Forces, ISRO scientists, or higher PhD research posts. Reservation exists purely at the discretion of the government.
​The definition of backwardness includes economic status. When reservation was being framed, Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru clearly stated in Parliament that social backwardness inherently encompasses poverty—those who are poor are automatically socially backward. Even the official definition of Scheduled Castes states: "extreme social, educational, and economic backwardness arising out of the traditional practice of untouchability." Thus, your own definition dictates that without extreme economic backwardness, eligibility for reservation does not exist.
​Total representation across all cadres matters, not just top-tier posts. The Supreme Court has repeatedly held that representation must be assessed across all government employment levels, not exclusively at executive posts. If a community is overrepresented in roles like constables, sub-inspectors, and primary teachers but underrepresented in civil services (IAS/IPS), it does not mean the community lacks overall representation. But taking your logic forward—are you willing to accept reservation only in IAS/IPS posts and give up reservation in teaching, police, and clerical roles where your representation exceeds population share? I am certain you wouldn't agree to that.
​Creamy layer application is fully constitutional. The Constitution grants reservation to a backward class, not to a caste. If an individual becomes wealthy, highly educated, and prosperous, they no longer fit the legal criterion of "extreme social, educational, and economic backwardness arising out of the traditional practice of untouchability." Since their class status has changed from backward to privileged, they can easily be excluded through the creamy layer rule. Had reservation been granted strictly to a caste, exclusion wouldn't be possible because caste doesn't change—but since it is granted to a class, affluent individuals naturally fall outside its scope.

No! You need education, a bit of self-respect that is contrary to your acquired belief that you are inferior in brain and, of course, a bit of logic that inferior teachers breed more inferior students, eventually killing the system.

Just think, an institution already at half its potential because of 50% reservations, aided by another 50% of undeserving teachers, where the hell will it stop? This will bring down the potential to at least 25%, given those who don't know would either teach shit or don't teach at all.
