I don’t understand Y people are getting relieved when excise duty of petrol is cut by Rs 5 & Diesel by 10. Infact the cut should be around 20 Rs each as the world oil price 80$/ barrel .When world oil was 108$/barrel in 2014, excise duty for petrol was 9.2 & diesel 3.4 under UPA!
