My contacts have already found it, and guess what? It’s still open, and no one has been arrested.

According to SHA records (attached below), this hospital received:

KSh 2.8 million in April

KSh 600,000 in May

Yet in reality, it’s just a tiny two-room hospital inside a building.

The top section of the building is a movie shop.

The “hospital” itself occupies only two rooms, one of which is a small lab.

Can Duale now explain how this facility was paid over KSh 3 million, despite the government claiming to have bought a KSh 104 billion system that was supposed to prevent this?

Can he also explain why, to this day, everything at the hospital is running as usual with no arrests made?

Should hospitals that defraud the SHA be allowed to continue operating?

This was planned theft.

I’ve been watching the quarrel between the President and Parliament, and one thing stands out. A legislator openly confessed that this House has done everything for the President ; pushed through his Finance Bill, forced Kenyans into the Housing Levy, even sat late into the night to rubber-stamp SHA.

That single line “we did it for him” sums up the rot. Parliament no longer acts for the people. It exists to please one man. Oversight is dead, separation of powers is a joke, and checks and balances are nothing but rumours whispered in law books.

MOST OF THE DRAWINGS, architectural & engineering, of the big Chinese real estate developments you see around come from China. Visit those sites, drawings are even in mandarin - they design & build in cahoots with some City Hall guys who organize stamping of drawings.
