I won't support everything blatantly. I'm ready to support anything that has 100% short term pain if it has even 1% long term gain. But I don't see any such gain in #UGCRegulations that have No provision for punishing false complaints. It can't be called 'Equity Rules' in such case.

Hope #Modi Sarkar does #UGCRollBack & do course correction. Modi Sarkar is known to be sensitive to public sentiments. Hope it corrects this 'Inequitable Rules'.

Also, Modi Sarkar must take this as 'Last' lesson & start exercising STRICT CONTROL over the Bureaucrats who take nonsensical decisions on their own....maybe to put Govt in Tight Spot. Earlier it has happened many times in I&B Ministry too. Education Ministry Bureaucrats are just repeating their old mistakes... deliberate or not, it's upto Modi Sarkar to decide after investigation.
