@OfficeOfRKSingh Respected Sir, kindly include MSMEs which provided emergency services like billing counters which incurred huge foxed costs (salary, banking , Internet etc) and suffers due to poor turnout. This fund can be used to help those MSMEs else the will be hit badly.

You just need to instruct Discoms that they help MSMEs incurring loss in emergency services using force majeur clause. This is so genuine a case n will save msme companies running billing counters n had to run as emergency service but no revenue due 2 lockdown.
