That was the point being highlighted.

@ESHNRSociety DOI measurement requires knowledge of the lesion epicentre. For a tongue lesion along lateral border, DOI is a lateral to medial measurement . For a lesion on the ventral tongue surface, DOI is a ventro-dorsal measurement.
