What is your process of building the right small scale efficient team for a early stage startup gaining traction and looking to expand in a new industry?
My first cold walk-ins into builders' offices were painfully awkward.
What will they think?
What if I mess up?
What if I fail?
Then I accepted mistakes are part of the process. That freed me.
What's one fear you dropped once you stopped trying to be perfect?
Closing isn't the hard part.
It's keeping the momentum after the first meeting.
That's where we've lost the most opportunities recently.
For founders and agency owners:
What changed your conversion rate between the discovery call and the signed contract?
Most businesses add more features.
The best ones remove friction.
Understand your customer's top 4–5 problems, solve them better than anyone else, and package it into a seamless experience.
People don't buy features. They buy outcomes.

It's been a while.
Not because I stopped building—but because I was busy doing exactly that.
The past few weeks have been filled with client calls, proposals, late nights, and lessons you can't learn in a classroom.
Back to building in public. 🚀

Fridays are for review.
I look back at the week and ask:
• What went right?
• What went wrong?
• What can I do better next week?
I personally journal to capture lessons and avoid repeating mistakes.
What's your approach?

Curious:
If you had to choose one:
₹15 LPA job offer
OR
A startup with ₹0 revenue but real potential
Which would you pick and why?

Exams are done.
I didn't sit for placements. No backup offer. No safety net.
Just ConstructDev, clients to close, systems to build and a lot to figure out.
Scared? Yes. But more scared of never betting on myself
Back to building in public. Let's go.
