Extremely disappointed with @zomato and @zomatocare Ordered Mixed Fried Rice and Egg Fried Rice, but the Mixed Fried Rice had a foul smell and contained undercooked chicken pieces, making it completely inedible. Reported it through support, but received only generic responses.

I learned that retrieval quality often matters more than model size.

Even GPT-5 can’t answer correctly if it receives the wrong context.

Bad Retrieval → Bad Context → Bad Answer

Today I realized something important about RAG.

I thought the LLM was the most important part.

After building a RAG pipeline from scratch:

Documents -> Embeddings -> Similarity Search -> Top-K Retrieval -> LLM
