Extremely frustrated with @JioCare @RelianceJio. My Jio AirFiber (Service ID: 91-5317356860) has been down for 48 hours. Despite multiple complaints, there is ZERO resolution. Local engineers are incompetent and customer care keeps giving fake promises.

This is pathetic service for a new connection. I have already escalated this to the Appellate Authority and filed a grievance on PGPORTAL. Fix this immediately or I am moving to another provider.

An engineer visited yesterday, did a temporary fix, and closed the ticket without ensuring stable connectivity. Now, customer care keeps repeating the same script: "Temporary area outage, will be fixed in 4 hours." It's been 2 days of constant lies!

Worst experience with #JioAirFiber (7408553756). Not working since installation and your engineers are failing to fix it. Either fix it today or take your equipment back and refund my money immediately. I won't pay for a dead service!
