@GOAMILES1 Pathetic service and experience. We booked a package from mmt and a cab from goa miles was supposed to pick us up from our hotel for cruise.
One person of our group was coming from the airport, and he was just 5 mins away.

I asked the driver to wait, and he literally shouted that he won't be getting extra charges for 5-10 mins.
Infact, while driving he stopped the vehicle midway, threatening to cancel the trip.

@VivantaCoimb I was assured to get a refund of Rs4581/- towards food bill. I had a voucher of Rs 3000/- from
MMT which i showed. It was accepted and i was made to pay Rs 1581/- extra with assurances that my earlier payment of Rs 4581/- will be refunded back to me in one day.

It was 14th December and till date i have been frantically contacting the hotel to get my money back but getting only excuses.
I'm staying thousands of kms away. A big name like yours duped me of an amount Rs.4581?
I stayed in Room Number 307 from 11-14 December 2025.

@cromaretail @CromaSupport It takes more than 10 days for croma to replace a TV remote. And it's such a brand, that the remote is not even available locally, so you have to depend on them for the same. They even asked me to pay 1000/- in advance. I did but nothing happened.

Now I don't know if that authorised service center here at Bhubaneswar for Croma is a fraud or what? It's surprising now that for a remote I guess, I'll have to change the whole TV.

And as expected, there's no response from their side. In fact, I specifically told their customer care manager that I'll be escalating this to social media. But I guess, that doesn't bother them.
I had purchased an extended warranty also for this TV.

After 7 days of doing the payment, when I didn't get any updates regarding the same I contacted the service center, they didn't have any information. And the TV is now non-functional without a remote. I contacted the service center, they asked me to wait for 2 more days.

Multiplex can be the new trend but old school single screen theatres have their own charm!
The joy of watching a movie with a huge cheering audience at a single screen theatre is beyond words!
