Everyone knows what I mean when I say “anti-capitalism” but it’s actually not the most accurate descriptor.
Capitalism has its place in history & is a superior mode of production to feudalism & slavery in many ways.
Liberal capitalism socializes production & unites the nation under the rule of one State, rather than various landowners & warlords.
Capitalism overthrew the Fuedal structures & relations of production that had become outdated with the advance of technology & fettered the development of the nation & its productive base.
But just as feudalism eventually became outdated, the same is true for capitalism, which now fetters the development of modern societies.
We have socialized production for private appropriation, which means the economy can’t be managed in a rational way because it functions to produce surplus value for parasitic individuals who contribute nothing to society.
Capitalism has outlived its usefulness to a point where it ceases to even look like the capitalism of “free competition” that was analyzed by Marx.
Instead we have a system where capitalists are conjoined into monopolies & largely plan the economy from the top down in their own interests, largely by giving themselves unprecedented control of global finance and the money supply.
This is no longer a historically progressive system, but a deeply backwards & outdated one that desperately needs to be overthrown.
🇨🇳 Although China does not have mandatory military service, students are expected to undergo a few days of training to familiarize themselves with handling weapons, basic tactics and fitness.
We're intentionally miseducated to obscure this connection. Capital is global & relies on colonialism/imperialism to steal land/resources & open cheap labor markets for capitalists. It all comes full circle when the working class within the imperial core is abandoned/liquidated.
