@IdahoCann If SJR101 wins via ballot majority, would one way to get around marijuana being banned be to get some legislation prior to voting to change marijuana to a Schedule III drug, or descheduled in the Idaho statute? Since SJR101 is only a ban for Schedule I and II drugs.
