Abeg make I break am down simple. Govt dey set one max cost of N1,350 per litre for petrol as e dey leave depot or land for Nigeria. If real cost higher than that, the importers and refineries go pay the extra first from their pocket, then recover am later when oil price or dollar rate better. E no mean pump price go be exactly 1350 (plus transport and profit still dey). Dem just wan stop price from jumping up and down every day.
