RWENZORI MARATHON DISCUSSION

Yesterday, Ethopian ambassador to Uganda Amb @EtsegenetYimenu invited me for dinner at her residence, happen before my radio one program.

About 7yrs ago, I visited Ethopia and flew around Ethopia for more than 2 weeks tour, I visited many parts of Ethopia and during those times, I got used to Ethopian food.

Ethopia has very well organized domestic flights with over 21 hard surfaced runways across the country with tourism service providers across the country.

Amb @EtsegenetYimenu says we have been wanting to invite you over for a long time because we follow your work online something I didn’t know!

On my recent travels, I visited Addis Ababa and I didn’t only enjoy the city but made some good connections, which am following up closely.

I have also involved our embassy in Ethopia and should have an activation for @RwenzoriMarathn soon. Ethopia is a running powerhouse, therefore, associating with them makes a lot of sense.

Amb @EtsegenetYimenu and I agreed to pursue a very good idea and if it goes as agreed, this years @RwenzoriMarathn will be on fire when it comes to Ethiopians. I was impressed she has done white rafting on the white Nile here in Uganda.

We discussed about how Ethopia is now targeting African tourists who will be growing in big numbers in the near future, something we have push too. Can’t wait seeing them launch their idea.

Thank you Amb @EtsegenetYimenu for the invite and the dinner, Like President Iddi Amin once said, I will revenge someday!
