#InterCellar is addressing these challenges by creating a digital twin for every bottle: a unique NFT minted on the energy‑efficient Polygon #blockchain. This digital certificate verifies identity and provenance, making each bottle traceable and tamper‑proof.

While the NFT lives on the blockchain, the physical bottle remains in accredited cellars under optimal conditions. Owners can monitor stocks in real time and access proof of reserve, ensuring peace of mind.

When it comes time to trade or gift a bottle, it’s the digital twin that changes hands. The physical asset stays in place until redemption, giving collectors the freedom to enjoy liquidity without risking the integrity of their #wine or spirit.

At any moment after release, you can redeem your bottle. Once redeemed, the NFT evolves to reflect its new life as a "souvenir". This fusion of tradition and innovation opens a world of possibilities for enthusiasts and producers alike.
