Jaecoo J7 PHEV Repair Bill Shocks Buyers

A damaged Jaecoo J7 PHEV has reportedly received an authorized dealership repair estimate of around Rs. 7.17 million, nearly 70% of its Rs. 10.5 million ex factory price.

The estimate includes expensive parts like headlights, airbags, seats with airbags, sensors, modules, bonnet and windscreen, showing how costly modern PHEV accident repairs can become.

This case raises important questions for buyers about spare parts prices, availability, insurance support, repair timelines and after sales backup.
