I get that we’re all super-hyped for GTA 6 and most of us will get the $100 edition, but there’s a huge amount of corporate bootlicking that is so sad to watch🚀

Look, I spend thousands on gaming memorabilia, home decorations/lighting, high end fashion and vinyl records, so I’m not talking out of being stingy, but it’s ok to criticizing the pricing of a video game.

Rockstar is basically getting away with selling a $100 video game by allowing an $80 vanilla edition of it to avoid backlash, and it’s ok, they’re free to do so.

But seeing how many free lawyers defending Rockstar now when most of them have more in common with the average gamer than a multi-billion dollar company, is really sad

Let people speak their minds on things. Don’t worry, they won’t cancel your favorite game. Studios might reconsider their strategies when people speak out, or not.

But it isn’t a personal insult to you when someone criticizes a game, and it doesn’t mean people are broke because they think pricing consoles at $900-1400 and games at $80-100 when hardly anything of value is being added to them, is too much🎤
