2005 was the end for Rockingham's promotion of the series. The big names, the prize money, the subsidised entries and the big grids were gone.

2005 Goodbyes:

We said goodbye to broadcast TV coverage at the conclusion of the 2005 season.

Initially available on Sky Sports in 2001, Paul Musselle's PMA TV produced highlights shows for Channel 4 and Motors TV from 2002-05.

Big changes were coming for 2006, and among these was a change of organising club. Gone was BARC - there since the series' inception, and in was the BRSCC.
