I'm pretty sure 90% of people are sleeping on these things right now at their own peril bc of AI...
(random list of tools, strategies, mental models)
1) GOOGLE: just one example, GEMINI 2.5 PRO, cost effective, huge context window, extremely good at processing video/image information.
2) PATIENCE: everyone wants instant gratification, it's taken 5-6 weeks of daily work for me to get proficient at building with claude code / cursor
3) FOCUS: new tools every day, learn one, go deep...dopamine is cheap!
4) MAIN STREET: we're in a little AI bubble here on X while 99.8% of businesses don't even know what o3 is. sounds like the opportunity of a lifetime.
5) VERTICAL EXPERTISE: don't try to be the AI expert, be the AI expert for independent wealth managers with $100m+ in assets under management
6) CRAFT: keep improving on non-AI stuff and getting better at it. Being good on video, doing speeches, having one-to-one conversations with customers, sales.
7) PRODUCTIVITY: easy to feel productive with all these new technologies. How many things that you've built do you actually use? Audit your time.
8) COMPOUNDING: feels like you need to achieve overnight success right now. A couple small actions add up to something huge overtime.
What would you add??
AI adoption success starts with small wins:
→ Pick one 15-minute daily task → Automate it completely → Document the process → Share results → Scale from there Build confidence before complexity.
The real AI unlock isn’t finding “the best tool.”
It’s knowing how to stack:
→ Claude for deep structure
→ GPT for generation
→ Perplexity for instant execution
→ Make/n8n/Gumloop for delivery
The future of work = prompt → system → result.
@hnshah Really enjoyed this, Hiten. I appreciate the focus on empowering employees throughout their journey with YOUR company, it’s a progressive theme that’s often overlooked.
It’s something I constantly see undervalued in my Web2 experience.
CLAUDE IS SO MUCH BETTER WHEN YOU USE MCP
Both Claude Sonnet and Opus are Insanely smart Agents.
But they can't read your mind.
You need to Give it Context...
(MCP = model CONTEXT protocol)
Here is an example...
Then a tutorial on how to give Claude access to MCP tools without writing a single line of code or copying any "JSON".

@larohndale@gregisenberg@boltdotnew That's a smart approach to compare the features directly. Given Bolt's focus on AI integrations, I'm especially curious if v0 offers anything similar or if its strength lies more in other areas for full-stack dev.
@larohndale@gregisenberg@boltdotnew That’s great! Let me know your thoughts and comparison of the two once you get hands dirty on v0 a little bit.
I’m going to try out bolt today.
Just this week:
• Gemini files for IPO
• Poly Market partners with X
• Apple, X, Google in talks with crypto exchanges
• Circle IPO
• JPMorgan to accept BTC ETFs as for loans
• Bank of America CEO says the bank is developing its own crypto stablecoin
• Stripe to acquired privy
• SUI & SOL ETFs
And ppl are calling the top, HA😂
crypto is no longer coming to the world, the world is coming to Crypto
@JJ60611@boringmarketer Exactly! Not only does it feel like talking to a co-worker, your prompting skills increase and only strengthens the more you refine.
@boringmarketer Just finished. Great breakdown on using AI for research and strategy.
The 5-phase structure builds into something useful and your process gets the creative juices going!
Appreciate you calling out the human-in-the-loop angle. It's way too overlooked in today’s AI space.
